Ever since I became a Mom, photographing other Moms has become my newest passion. I have a whole new perspective behind the lens now, and I wanted to offer these sessions to capture the joy coming from within the Momma. So often (almost always) the sessions are about the babies and families as a whole. On a daily basis, Moms are generally the one trying to document every move and detail of the child’s day. Rarely do they step out in front of the camera, let alone let the focus be on them. My hope was to capture the way these babies make their Mommas feel. They’ll never be this age, this size, or this little human again. It’s easy to get caught up and exhausted with the everyday chaos having little ones can bring. But hopefully these photographs will remind them of just how beautiful their life really is, at this very moment. Here’s a look into my day with these wonderful ladies and their perfect littles.
